Understanding ourselves is one of the most difficult things to master as we have an entirely different perspective to everyone who views us from outside. We are looking out on the world with all the thoughts and feelings that come with being human. Sometimes it can be a very lonely place, even when there are people around, especially if we feel depressed or our thoughts are being particularly troublesome.
